Materials Required

A complete application for the EPGY Summer Institutes consists of the following. More detail on what to submit is included in the application packet.

  • The Application Form which is available for download .

  • Payment of the non-refundable $350 application fee. Payment by check made payable to InfoKids; please use the payment form available from your Application Packet.

  • Copies of standardized test results. Any standardized test, such as those contained in the following list, will be sufficient for the application:

    WPPSI-R Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence - Revised


  • A sample of student work. This requirement is described in more detail in the application packet.

  • A copy of your school transcript (unofficial transcripts are acceptable).

  • Teacher Recommendation Form (mailed or faxed by your teacher). Please have this form sent from a teacher who is qualified to comment on your performance and ability in the Summer Institute subject area(s) to which you are applying. You may submit more than one recommendation form if you are applying to multiple subject areas.
